The bodies of a husband (47) and his wife (38) have been discovered by their 17-year-old daughter in a house in Hegar Crescent, Hospitaalpark, Bloemfontein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The girl discovered the bodies of her parents at around 06:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to a police report, the daughter, who shares a cottage at the back of the main house with her brother, came to the main house as she does every morning before she leaves for school. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
She discovered the bodies of her parents and hurried back to the cottage to wake her 21-year-old brother. They called the police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lt. Col Thabo Covane says a team of investigators from the Parkweg Police Station, along with Local Criminal Record Centre experts, were summoned to the scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They processed the scene and discovered that the female victim had suffered multiple gunshot wounds to her body and head. The male had one gunshot wound in the head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Both the deceased were employed by the Mangaung Metro Municipality Traffic Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
