Cash can be withdrawn at Boxer, Pick n Pay, Spar, Shoprite, Usave and Checkers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Sassa and PostBank, by 31 March all cash pay points and Post Office grant payments would have been disabled. Factors include cash-in-transit heists, unfavourable conditions at some cash payment sites, and closure and capacity challenges at Post Office branches. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Sassa, as of
