Four suspects were spotted. Members acted swiftly to close off the area and managed to arrest all four suspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members also recovered shovels, hacksaws, gloves, pliers and other equipment, as well as a 5-meter-long cable that had already been cut. Additionally, it was discovered that approximately 60 meters had already been dug up, and the cable had been removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The four suspects, aged between 18 and 33 years old, were arrested
