The Centre City Titaniums Athletics Club (CCTAC) has partnered with the Windmill Casino as a venue sponsor for The Titaniums Spring Half Marathon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Runners and walkers have a choice between 5 km, 10 km and a half marathon (21,1 km) \u2013 all three races start and end at the Windmill casino. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe are expecting more than 600 participants,\u201d said race director Teboho Lemao. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIn promoting a healthy lifestyle, we are inviting serious, competitive runners, as well as those who may prefer a leisurely run or walk with family and friends, to lace up and hit the road for an active, fun, Saturday morning.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The half marathon starts at 06:30, and entry costs R180; the 10 km starts at 06:45 and entry will cost R140; and the 5 km starts at 07:00 and entry costs R80.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A temporary Athletics South Africa licence is available at R50 for the 10 km and 21,1 km race.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
