So kan jy proe aan springbokwors met lemoen, olyf en roosmaryn of truffel en sampioen-takbokwors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit is nie net die wildsvleis wat geurig oor die kole voorberei gaan word nie, maar daar is ook skaapvleis (op die spit en skaapkop), hoender, vis met suurlemoensous en &#8216;n mosselpotjie met witwynknoffelroomsous asook vark op die spit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daar is ook die heerlikste tuisgebakte brode en broccoli- en ook botterskorsiesop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Natuurlik is dit net die een helfte van die lekkerte, met wyne van Spier, Kleine Zalze, Raats Family Wines, Kranskop, Jakkalsvlei, Groote Post, Van Loveren en vele meer wat nie net geproe kan word nie, maar te koop aangebied word. Kom proe en koop Saterdag die lekkerste wyn vir jou eie voorraad Suid-Afrikaanse wyn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jay is vanjaar die gaskunstenaar op die WildsKOSfees. Saam met plaaslike kunstenaars gaan hy seker maak dat daar &#8216;n lekker musiek is waarop gaste kan kuier, eet en selfs dans vir die wat wil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Benewens die musiek en kuier, is daar ook
