His goal is to grow Kovsie\u00adSport by providing a transformative student sport experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSport is constantly changing, and challenges will always drive one to be innovative in this ever-evolving space,\u201d he believes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laka\u2019s career highlights include serving as the general secretary of the Confederation of Universities and Colleges Sports Association (Cucsa) and being a member of the University Sports South Africa (Ussa) national executive committee. He was assistant coach of Banyana Banyana at the London 2012 Olympics.
