Early diagnosis can significantly impact the outcome of childhood cancer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIf you notice any of these signs or other unusual symptoms in your child, seek immediate medical attention. Timely referrals to paediatric oncology services is crucial for further evaluation and appropriate management,\u201d said Seegers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-key-factors-that-may-indicate-childhood-cancer\">Key factors that may indicate childhood cancer <\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A white spot in the eye, new squint, sudden blindness, or bulging eyeball;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a lump in the stomach, pelvis, head, arms, legs, testicle or glands;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unexplained fever lasting over two weeks, weight loss, fatigue, pale appearance, easy bruising and bleeding;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aching bones, joints, back, and easy fractures; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>neurological signs, such as changes in walking, balance, speech,
