Loraine Earle, polisiewoordvoerder, gaan die verdagte teregstaan op drie aanklagte van strafbare manslag, een van roekelose en nalatige bestuur, die verontagsaming van &#8216;n padverkeersteken asook die oortreding van regulasies wat betrekking het op die hoeveelheid mense wat hy in di\u00e9 motor kon vervoer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daar word verwag dat die verdagte sy eerste hofverskyning op 3 Desember sal maak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earle s\u00ea die Suid-Afrikaanse polisiediens werk nou saam met die Nasionale Vervorgingsgesag om &#8216;n deeglike saak voor die hof te bring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die direkteur
