The executive committee of the Bloemfontein Toastmasters Club recently held its first meeting of the new year in Bloemfontein, welcoming new members and charting the way forward for the current year. Richard Austen (vice-president of Education) welcomed Karabo Mokwa to this local club that is part of Toastmasters International’s District 74.
