This talented trio from Marquard participated as part of the provincial athletics team at this year’s Athletics South Africa (ASA) national high school championship, held from 3 to 6 April in Paarl, Western Cape. They are, from the left, Lerato Moloi (of the Louis Botha Technical High School in Bloemfontein), Boitumelo Makgaotse (Tlokola Secondary School, Marquard), and Thabang Sonopo (Mohlodi Thuto High School, Marquard).
