The Bloem Show, jointly with partners, made it possible for 320 children and supervisors of child and youth care centres in Bloemfontein and Koffiefontein to experience the joy of the annual event. At the fairground are, from the left, supervisors Cecilia Bokako, Kenneth Lechesa and Mpho Matlala. The children were treated to a day of fun on Wednesday, 24 April, as part of the Joy for Charity initiative supported by partners Fun Fair, McDonalds and BVS Trust (Ola). The centres hosted were Angel’s Arms, Ons Kinderhuis, House of Compassion, the Letsemeng Child and Youth Care Centre, the Engo Child and Youth Care Centre, and the Tshepang Centre.Photo: Teboho Setena
