The Mangaung Library in Rocklands, Bloemfontein, in the Mangaung Metro Municipality (MMM), continues its current state of “maintenance”. The efforts of maintaining the property have translated into the disposal of alcohol bottles on the premises, along with setting alight the natural vegetation surrounding the building.
