The regional aerobics team of the Free State and Northern Cape’s Department of Correctional Services won 21 trophies at this year’s departmental national championship in Cape Town. The victorious provinces were further credited with 12 members included in the national team after the competition held from 26 to 28 October. Promoting health and wellness, the event featured eight teams representing their respective regions. Also competing, in addition to the Free State and Northern Cape, were Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, the Western Cape, the Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal.Photo: Supplied
