The Empowayouth initiative, aimed at empowering about 1 500 unemployed youths in the Free State, will take place from Thursday, 26 September, to Saturday in Thaba Nchu.
It aims to capacitate them with skills suited to the energy, transport, tourism, agriculture and entrepreneurship sectors.
