Nongase Mashiro (left) from Boshof receiving an NQF level 4 Further Education and Training (FET) certificate in Early Childhood Development (ECD), attained from the Custoda Trust in Delportshoop, from Dr Palesa Manwedi-Thulo (director for ECD at the Department of Education).
