Cricket fans interested in watching the series between South Africa and Australia live in Bloemfontein are advised to purchase tickets on time, and to do so by going to ticketpros.co.za.

The call has the dual aim of protecting fans from being scammed and for them to avoid disappointment as excitement builds about the two nations battling it out in the Free State’s capital from Thursday to Saturday.

The upcoming three-day series at the Mangaung Oval will be the second between the men’s teams that will continue competing for the bragging rights of the Betway One-Day International (ODI).

Australia have taken a 3 – 0 T20 series win over the host.

The previous matches were played in Durban.

All the matches to be played in Bloemfontein will start at 13:00 as the Free State Cricket Union (FSCU) plays host to this leg of Australia’s international tour.

The next ODI leg will be contested at the JB Marks Oval in Potchefstroom on 12 September.

The two teams will then head to the Highveld, where SuperSport Park will host the fourth ODI leg on 15 September.

The final match of the 50-over series is scheduled to be played at the DP World Wanderers Stadium on 17 September.

The two nations are using the series to ready themselves for the 13th ICC Cricket World Cup, taking place in India from 5 October to 19 November.
