A gala dinner to celebrate cancer survivors in Bloemfontein was held on Sunday, 29 October, coinciding with Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Representatives of various organisations, together with cancer survivor pageant contestants, graced the event held at the BON Hotel Bloemfontein, which was supported by Reach for Recovery, the Black Woman Arise Women’s Health Foundation and the provincial Department of Health.Among the attendees were from the left Mokone Leeuw (Chief Leeuw Foundation), Jacqueline Masalla, Olga Phetlo, Tanya Pike and Dipolelo Hou (Ms Plus Intercontinental ambassador).
