Due to flooding at the polyclinic at the Pelonomi Regional Hospital on Tuesday (18/01), nursing staff were forced to wait outside the premises for hours. As the nurses could not work in a flooded facility, scores of patients were discharged. Water was said to be flowing through the ceiling, possibly as a result of a burst pipe.
