Departmental workers, seen on Tuesday, 11 January, use gravel and rubble to temporarily patch potholes on the M10 road in the Hamilton industrial area in Bloemfontein. The surface of the road in question, including parts of George Lubbe and Piet Human Street, has eroded due to the constant flow of raw sewage from blocked manholes.
