The Association of and for Persons with Disabilities (APD) in Bloemfontein observed national Human Rights Day on 21 March by cleaning the premises of the Jean Webber centre in Willows. They were supported by volunteer patrons as ambassadors of Mr Central South Africa and Miss Fabulous South Africa during a special project, Garden Groove Day.
