The Free State Crinums began their quest to win the Telkom Netball League (TNL) title once more with three first division victories over the weekend: 58 – 52 against the Gauteng Jaguars, 55 – 36 against the North West Flames and 48 – 29 against Kingdom Stars. The side is third on the log of seven first division teams.
The new addition Free State Sonoblomo has lost three opening fixtures in the second division, in which clubs compete to gain promotion to the first division.
