Officials of the Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC) snapped on Tuesday, 28 November, at the Heatherdale Secondary School voting station, where voting was underway for the by-election to fill the vacant councillor seat of ward 47 in Bloemfontein’s Mangaung Metro. This is a five-horse race, including the ANC, Patriotic Alliance (PA), and the Afrikan Alliance for Social Democrats (AASD) in the running for the vacant seat.Photo: Teboho Setena
