A group of coaches training women’s sports clubs completed a basic level 1 first aid course held over two days, 8 and 9 March, at the St John Training Centre in Bloemfontein. The training focused on equipping candidates with the knowledge to handle anything from minor injuries, sprains and concussion, to cardiac arrest and other possible life-threatening injuries. These coaches are involved with football, netball, and rugby clubs in the greater Bloemfontein.
